Description
Monitoring of groundworks for water pipe renewal and pedestrian bridges over the Kingston Brook recorded a post-medieval ditch and undated enclosure and mound features.
Systems of ditches/hollows were located on an adjoining banked enclosure, which was thought to be a water management system of unknown date. A small mound was also excavated but its function remained uncertain.
Event recorded from Historic England's NRHE dataset. No further information provided about the results of watching brief.
