Full Description

Two features were recorded on the western side of the site approximately three metres from the rear wall of the existing Kwik Save building. A D-shaped stone trough, lay 0.5m to the south-west of L10897. The trough had been buried in the ground with its rim set 0.25m above the recorded top of the feature. A pair of channels formed from mortared brick led north from the trough to the tank L10897. This may have been a drinking trough for livestock. (1)
