Full Description

In origin a Cheddar point, with a pair of divergent oblique truncations linked along the shorter edge by retouch. Unusual as it has retouch rather than just utilisation along the longer / leading edge and unique for a British Cheddar point in the extreme rounding of its distal tip. Heavily patinated and patchily iron-stained. 13-12000 radiocarbon years ago. (1) (2)
