Full Description

If there was some context for these anomalies, that is ditch type anomalies or surface collection evidence, then it would be usual to suggest that the anomalies in this area were also archaeological. As no such context apparently exists, it is perhaps important to stress the possible geological variation that could cause such anomalies. (1)
In other words, in the absence of any known archaeology in the vicinity, these features might be geological rather than man made in origin. (2)
See L11221, L11223 for nearby similar anomalies.
