Full Description
Sherds of plain handmade pot were found, [some] probably or certainly of Anglo-Saxon date, and [some] probably of the Iron Age. .. A significant concentration … clearly support the existing evidence for significant IA or Saxon activity (or both) on the site. (1)
Grid ref roughly centre of concentration, scatter extends both sides of road in the fields immediately to S and E.
