Sherds of plain handmade pot were found, [some] probably or certainly of Anglo-Saxon date, and [some] probably of the Iron Age. .. A significant concentration … clearly support the existing evidence for significant IA or Saxon activity (or both) on the site. (1)
Grid ref at centre of concentration, scatter extends into field to W.
