Full Description

At the bend north of the churchyard entrance, the trench entered the roadside verge. Two human rib fragments were recovered from the topsoil but these were not part of an articulated skeleton. The bones were probably disturbed during grave digging within the churchyard and became casually re-interred. (1)
See M4635 for church, L11499 for hollow way, L11500 for earthworks, L11501 for post medieval dumped material.
