Full Description

Two ditches were uncovered to the west of a small copse of trees. The first ran E-W, c 1m wide with a smaller gully c 0.5m wide running at approximate right angles to it. The fill contained a sherd of post medieval pottery, a flint flake and a bone fragment. The second ditch had a similar fill but contained no finds. The sherd of P Med pot suggests that both are probably recent in date. (1)
