Full Description

During the excavation work significant numbers of disarticulated human remains were recovered. A dump of bones was found below the existing tarmac footpath at the SE corner of the new foundation trench. The dump consisted of fragments of at least four and up to seven human skulls along with a number of larger bones. The lack of smaller bones points to this feature being a re-interment. All bones to be re-buried. (1)
See L11387 for inhumations from earlier trenches.
