Full Description

Fieldwalking, Field II. A high density of fire-craked pebbles were recorded on the relatively flat top of the field. Field 7300: only a few fire-cracked pebbles were recorded on this field, all were towards the lower part of the NE facing slope, above the narrow flood plain of the stream. Field 5600: fire-cracked pebbles appear to be randomly spread across the field, petering out towards the western end. (1)
See L11856 for flints, L11858 for Ro pottery, L11859 for Med pottery, L11860 for P Med pottery. See L11854 for fire cracked pebbles from field to W and cross references.
