Full Description

Trench 1 - Towards the S end of the trench a linear feature was identified running roughly E-W. Of unknown date and function. Running N-S was a very shallow linear feature. It was unclear whether this was the product of human agency or natural water run off. In the N end of the trench was a linear feature with much root damage running roughly E-W. No finds or coarse inclusions in the fill. …Trench 2 - Two finds of medieval pottery were made in trench 2. Neither find was stratified. (1)
