The Marlblaegis Company was a small company formed in 1914 to mine gypsum and as a plaster works. A large factory was built on the site in the 1950s which now forms the headquarters of British Gypsum. The site is a huge complex of modern buildings, and it is unlikely that any of the earlier works survive (3)
