Locks. Built of brick and stone. Substantial remains. (1)
The Grantham Canal. The only lock of the original 18 to survive is that into the Trent. (2)
Sign reads 'The Grantham Canal 1793'. This may well be the only lock in working order but the remains of several others still stand. (3)
