Full Description

The tower of the church is unique in the county. It is broad and square, with originally large ground-floor openings in the N and S walls (cf. Wollaton). Large Perpendicular W window … On (the tower) rises, far recessed, a solid octagonal upper stage with a short spire. An early C14 chancel and later C14 N arcade. (1)
