Full Description

Remains of a "training weir" uncovered by water action during construction of the white-water course at Holme Pierrepont. Stone facing with some brick in the packing behind ? (1)
NB grid reference is uncertain but placed at the exit of the course, where there was originally a large bend in the course of the river.
