Full Description

Indentured mortgage by Wm Buck, 17/06/1809 (2) - "newly erected dwelling house and blacksmith's shop near or adjoining." (3) mentions building of house and shop, 1812 - date probably confused. Outbuilding alongside the road at the Sycamores is about 1800, built of brick and cut stone blocks similar to those used in Thurgarton Priory and with pantiled roof. No upper floor. Fidler's Close on (4). (29/06/1969). (1)
