Stone dovecote with stone nesting boxes, Med, thatched; cf Sibthorpe, Barnby in the Willows and formerly Scarrington. Only ground floor and first floor survive. Possible monastic/collegiate origin. (3) (4)

Dovecote at Ransomes Farm, facing road next to The Grove bungalow. 14th Century Construction. Independent limestone structure with conical thatched roof, glover originally at apex. External dimensions 57 ft circumference, 16 ft 6 in high to eaves (2 compartments). Walls 3 ft thick. Two of three storeys? In use as a store. Stone nest holes. Stands in former grounds of Hall. (5)
