A priest and a church in Griseleia (Greasley) mentioned in DB. (1)
A proud C15 Notts tower. The rest of the church 1882 and 1896, rebuilt by Earl Cowper of Beauvale. Monument [to] Lancelot Rolleston d.1685. Roundels of medieval glass showing St Agatha and St Agnes, from Beauvale Priory. (2)
Restored 1881-2 and 1896, incorporates some early work in the chancel. (3)
The church is in use for public worship. "Early work" above refers to the indeterminate, ancient walling of the E wall of the chancel. (4)
