Full Description

Annesley Park - 600 acres, a natural water supply of 1 lake and 8 ponds. There are 200 fallow deer and there were wild cattle here in 1669. (1)
Annesley - 780 acres, 450 acres open to deer - a herd of 300 fallow deer. This park was enclosed by licence dated 17/07/1673. (2)
Reproduces Thoroton's view of park published 1677. (3)
No evidence of site of Med deer park. The 1673 licence does not relate to deer park on OS maps. (4)
No evidence of a Med park or park pale was gained in field investigation. (5)
