Full Description

Watermill, present by 1835. (1)
Late C18 watermill, now a house and cottage. (3)
Originally built as a cottage, probably in the later C18. It probably represents one survival of a pair (of cottages), each having a kitchen/living room, two small service rooms, above these where two bedrooms and then there were rooms for apprentices or lodgers in the attic rooms. In 1998 was vacant due to mining subsidence. (4)
