Full Description

A three-storeyed building which overlaps part of the W end of the church. The ground storey is divided into three oblong spaces, the middle one forms the passage from the S side of the church into the great cloister. The large room on the first floor was lighted by two windows and had a fireplace.. The upper floor has a hooded fireplace and a range of three square-headed windows. (1)

The most prominent structure is the ashlar "priors" cell with mullioned windows on the upper floors and 2 W facing C14 pointed doors on the ground level and 1 door to the N. This contains barrel vaulted cells. (4)
At the W end of the church is a 3 storey building with gabled ends variously known as the prior's house or lodging. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble with ashlar facings. The roof is tiled and supported on brick built gables. It is 9m x 6m in plan and is around 8m in height. (Modified listed building description given). (5)
