Full Description

2 millstones (greystones) on site used in original mill. Site of mill marked in concrete path at rear of bungalow now on site. The mill has been working in living memory of the present occupier but with heavy oil engine. Prior to this some other form of engine was used. Last used about 1945. Used to mill wheat and barley. Iron plate inscribed "Thos Stapleton - Makers Hull 1857" left on site. (1)
