Full Description

Flint scrapers, borers and flakes found --/08/1951. Now in NWM. (1)
Mill Field, all surface finds. 3 scrapers, 2 waste flakes, 2 flint awls, 7 flint flakes (Acc Nos below all for these finds). (2)
Part of a flint sickle, a scraper, a broken barbed and tanged arrowhead and 2 other (unspecified) flints were found in Thorpe on the surface of a field centred at above grid ref. (3)
Indicated findspot now under high grass. Perambulation revealed a wide spread of flint but no worked flakes were found. All the material is now in NWM; Mr Radcliffe confirms the approx centre of the finds as above. (4)
Found in Mill Field and presented by R Winter of E Stoke ((1) and (2)). (5)
