Full Description

2 rectangular enclosures and pits. Hut circle in W enclosure. In E enclosure are 3 smaller enclosures. There is an extension to the S with only 3 sides. Also smaller 3 sided enclosure to the N. Reverse cropmarks 1970. (1) (2)
Double ring ditch in W enclosure with eastern entrance. Hengiform ? Possible pit alignment E of enclosure ? (3) (4) (5)
On flat arable land, still under standing corn. No evidence of surface irregularities could be seen from the edge, local enquiries unhelpful. (5)
Morph: 188.10.1 enclosure, 188.10.2 hut circle, 188.10.3 hut circle, 188.10.4 enclosure, 188.11.1 hut circle, 188.13.1 enclosure, 188.13.2. Enclosure, 188.13.3 enclosure, 188.13.4. Enclosure. (6)
A scatter of RB pottery (L11145) is located a short distance from a cropmark enclosure. If these scatters and cropmarks were related then this is the sort of pattern that is usually ascribed to manuring from a settlement. (7)
