Full Description

The Haling Path Bridge over the river just above the weir is stone built of 7 arches each of 14ft span built in 1819 by the Newark Navigation Company. (1) (2)
Takes towpath over a side channel of the Trent. Still in use. (3)
Built … across a weir and arm of the river to carry a towpath. This arm of the river served a large corn mill. (4)
