Full Description

3 Storey house, 1806, probably for the Master of Hawton Mill. What may have been an added extension was quite long but has been demolished in parts and is being repaired at this time. (1)
A date plaque at the back reads GMS 1806. (2)
Formerly the Master's house of a bleachworks and linen manufactory. Dated 1806. Built for George and Mary Scales. (3)
