Full Description

Small brick building to rear of 68 Castle Gate, c.1780, formerly a butcher's shop. The main building features a mural depicting its original use. It was restored in 1991, now in use as a tearoom. See NIAR archive file for detailed description. (1)
Former slaughterhouse and cattle stall. c.1780, altered mid C19. (2)
