Full Description

Maltings of red/grey brick, modern corrugated iron roof. Now 3 storeys, 18 bays long, 12 bays wide. In good repair, extensive alterations including reduction in height of building, re-roofing, blocking of windows. In use as workshops and offices, owned by Associated British Maltsters. (1)
Branstons S site, 1863. Complex consists of 3 maltings (description above appears to refer to N building, now largely demolished), which have been partly demolished, altered for new use or stand empty. Detailed description in NIAR archive file. (2)
