Consists of nave, S aisle, and chancel and W tower. C13-15 - C13 tower. S arcade with castellated abaci to the octagonal piers, the clerestorey, and the chancel, with straight headed windows, C15. Unrestored. Early C19 Gothic box pewing. Monuments and tablets. (1) (2)
Medieval reused decorated stonework, revealed in the chancel during a watching brief was recorded in 2004. 12 decorated stones with various incised, painted and lime washed decoration. Stones were due to be recovered under plaster during the course of renovations to the chancel. (3)
Dendro' analysis in 1994 of 8 core samples produced 3 distinct felling dates, 1617 to 1652, 1374 to 1409 (One timber) and 1331 to 1366 (One timber). (4)
