Grassthorpe Mill (Flour). (1)
Small brick mill converted to dwelling with cottage attached. (2)
The mill was surveyed in November 1963 by GD Hall and 2 drawings are at Retford Library. The building is two storeys plus loft. Hoppers are in the loft. There are 3 pairs of stones. The waterwheel is 16ft diameter and 5ft wide on a 7in square shaft. The pit wheel is 5ft 6in in diameter and the wallower 1ft 9in diameter. (3)
