Full Description

Milestone, 1760. 1ft 9in x 1ft 3in x 5ft 5in high. Good condition. Inscribed on the front are the words "Coach road to Worksop Manner House - 7 miles 3 qrs." On the side is "From London 142 miles and a half" and on the other side "The keys at the Jockey House." (28/05/1968). (1)
Milestone, and probably former gate pier. Dated 176? (3)
