Full Description

Well. Covered by RAF during World War II, now overgrown with weeds and grass. A native reported that the well was "very old and some 15ft deep". The water apparently was too hard for washing so that after 1945 the houses were provided with water from a pipe and a concrete slab fitted over the top. (13/12/1967). (1)
