Full Description

Lodge cottage, 1824. Ashlar, red brick to rear, slate roof with lead dressings. (2)
This gate no longer functions but was important in the estate's heyday as the drive led to Thoresby House. The lodge is referred to in (3) as Patrick's Lodge and on (4) as Ollerton Lodge - an indication of the eventual destination of traffic using this drive. (1)
