Large complex including possible trackways - parallel lines, linear features, possible squarish enclosures, circles, complex group of marks. (1)
These cropmarks are under 2 fields, both of which are now under crop permitting limited perambulation only. They are situate some 7.0m above sea level and oocupy a low rise in open ground; there is an adequate adjacent water supply. The uneven height profile of the crop in the E field is suggestive of disturbance beneath the surface; the W field is level without undue profile change. Perambulated 02/10/1974, now part plough and part stubble ... At no point are there surface traces of the cropmarks. (2)
