Full Description

Dunham Bridge - crosses Trent from Newton on Trent (Lincs) to Dunham - carries A57. Built 1832 at a cost of 17000 pounds. Built of cast iron: 4 arches, resting on stone piers, each 118ft in span. (2) refers to wharves at Dunham, (3) to 2 boat owners at Dunham. (report undated) (1)
A toll bridge of 4 segmental cast iron arches on ashlar piers; it also has cast iron railings. Built 1837. (5)
Dunham Bridge descheduled 1978 and demolished (was SAM 154).
