Full Description

Late C18 or early C19 lock keeper's cottage (and stables on opposite bank) on the Chesterfield Canal, inhabited. Cottage now rendered, but probably of red brick; the E end was however of stone and is single storey. (1)
Lock keeper's cottage at Barnby Moor Fox Covert. Although the cottage is now rendered it is clear that the eastern end is of stone. It is only single storeyed. (2)
