Full Description

At least 2 groups of adjoining rectangular enclosures (3 in each case) with indistinct marks between the groups. A larger rectangular enclosure in field to W. Further APs have shown the field complex to be even more complicated and spreading over a larger area. (1) (2)
Cropmarks near Chequer Bottoms of a cluster of at least 6 subrectangular enclosures with an area of 0.5Ha overall, associated with brickwork plan fields, possibly of Ro date. A large enclosure of 0.6Ha at SK 640808 has at least 2 small internal compartments, each c 150sqm. An isolated enclosure of 600sqm is at SK 640815. (3)
