Full Description

Railway station, 1849, disused. Banks on either of the line to the NW of the crossing gates indicate site of original platforms. Iron bar supports still visible. Opened 1849, closed 1949. Station master's house remains. Booking office windows now being bricked in (12/08/1969). (1)
