Full Description

Large quantities of C15-16 pottery and ironwork, including clench nails and a type 10 arrowhead were found immediately beneath the turf on a mound projecting from the side of Trent Hills, SW of Hazelford Ferry. The finds were made by Mr M Covell in Sept and Oct 1967. Now in NCM. (1)
