Full Description

A chapel, dedicated to St Ivo, was built by Ralph Basset near the bridge in Colston Bassett. His will, of 1389, refers to it as a new chapel. No traces remain. (1)
There are no identifiable remains of a former chapel in the proximity of Smite Bridge, Colston (the only bridge). The church contains no reference. (2)
