Full Description

Remains of the Scots line N of the river (at Muskham Bridge) are shown on Clampe's plan (at G) as two semicircular works, one on either side of the road, but nothing of them now survives. (1)
This site falls on permanent pasture land. No trace could be identified, and the indicated spot is beside a disused sunken road leading to the site of the C17 bridge (M5776). (2)
