Dovecote in the farmyard of Manor Farm. The only octagonal dovecote in Notts, of brick, originally with 1200 plaster nesting places. Built by the Sacheverells in the late C17 or early C18. (1)

Dovecote, at Manor Farm, near church. Independent octagonal brick structure built 1677 for William Sacheverall. Dimensions, walls 2ft 6 in thick, 82 ft circumference, 16ft high to the eaves. Pyramidal plain tiled roof with glover at apex. Alabaster (gypsum) nest holes, 1200 originally. Restoration in progress. (5)
