Full Description

The old house was replaced between 1851 and 1853 with a neo-Elizabethan brick building designed by the eminent architect William Burn. In 1893 the estate was sold by auction and the house then passed through a number of ownerships in the C20 before being demolished just after the Second World War. (1)
