Full Description

Alledged packhorse road, known as the "Monk's Path", survives as stone slabs both sides of railway (best preserved to W). Path continues, very overgrown, into Grange Wood. (1)
Route is shown meeting Cossall Road to the N of Trowell (before it was cut off by the canal). (2)
Grid ref is for W end.
