Full Description

Hollow way (1)
Remains of an entrenchment to the W of Kneeton village (probably this ditch feature). (2)
To the W of Kneeton the land drops abruptly to the River Trent, there is no surface evidence of an entrenchment and (2) has possibly misidentified one of the many "shelves" or the sunken way leading to the river. (3)
Grid ref centred. See M1584 for St Helen's Church, M5609 for "shelves". See L7797 for field system.
