3/2-storey stone building, now functioning as flats. Elizabethan style cross windows with stone mullions and transoms and straight flush lintels and raised cills (windows are stained wood). Front gable end, with stone kneelers and gothic porch, side elevation part pyramidal corner bay, steep pitched slate roof with prominent stone chimney stacks. Added to MDC Local List on 01/12/2008 (3)
