Full Description

Orston Chapel was built in 1346 for that part of Staunton parish attached to Orston Church. It stood within and near the S wall of Staunton churchyard, and was destroyed in 1827. (1)
No remains identifiable as part of this chapel survive. At the extreme S end of the churchyard a scattering of stones can be seen through the grass and the graves in this area all post date the demolition. (2)
