Cropmarks of an apparently parallel arrangement of pits in 2 rows. These are probably Preh and are likely to be pit alignments of unknown ritual purpose. This type of site is unmatched in Notts. (3) (4)
Flintwork which could be contemporary is registered in the field. … Tools predominantly late neolithic / early bronze age, including scrapers, knives, retouched flakes (possibly tranchet arrowheads), bifacially retouched piece and a thinning flake. (5)
