OS confirms building on the site prior to 1879 and points to it being a PH from between 1901 and 1938. 3 storey, fully rendered, sills and lintels seem original, historic sash windows, but they do not date from the origin of the building. Centre windows have arched lintels. Roof of slate, possibly original. (2)
