Full Description

By John Johnson of Leicester, according to the Architectural Publications Society Dictionary, but Joseph Pocklington, the Newark banker for whom it was built, was an amateur architect himself. To the road, five-bay, 2½ storey centre, dated 1765. Two three-bay wings, possibly slighty later. (1)
